The key changes in the NGINX Plus R33 release include:
- Streamlined usage reporting
- More efficient renewals through alignment of NGINX Plus licensing with F5's broader licensing programs and industry best practices
- Introduction of a JSON Web Token (JWT) requirement for all future NGINX components and commercial NGINX Plus instances
- Regular license validation with the F5 licensing endpoint for connected customers or through NGINX Instance Manager for offline environments
These updates are intended to provide our customers with improved visibility into their NGINX Plus usage, simplified management, and enhanced customer service.
