Conducts technical training courses for customers, partners and employees in the use of complex situations for all current F5 products in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Quickly assesses and fixes problems, whether due to equipment or operator error, to ensure the class can continue in a timely manner. Consults with customers and functional organization to develop specifications for content of courses, and is able to craft and deliver additional course material where necessary. Supports other team members in delivery and development techniques and contributes to the team’s certification preparation.
Job may be performed in F5 training rooms, onsite at customer facilities, or in other office environments. Duties require the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate in person and over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties require the ability to travel via automobile and airplane approximately up to 50% of the time. Position may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours. Job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
