F5 Cloud Services Preview Now Available on AWS

We meet with customers constantly to gauge their application services needs that are fueled by the accelerating trend to cloud based application development and deployment. They’re looking for a way to accelerate the evolution of their application capital – the currency of today’s digital economy. The first step in redefining our position is to innovate in our service delivery platforms. We’re now enabling the delivery of a broad range of application services through cloud-native, automated, self-service solutions. The Cloud Services roadmap is being driven entirely by customer-centric use cases, and our underlying delivery platform is based on the AWS SaaS Factory.

DNS Service

The F5 DNS Service is a globally distributed, authoritative DNS service, with built-in DNS-targeted DDoS protection. Initially, we will be offering secondary authoritative DNS capability, followed shortly by enabling full primary DNS in the coming weeks.

Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) Service 

The F5 Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) service provides intelligent load balancing for cloud- and hybrid-based application deployments based on real-time availability & performance.

All F5 Cloud Services can be provisioned and configured in minutes through an intuitive user interface, or fully automated via comprehensive declarative APIs.
