F5 Recognises Customer Innovation and Key Partners at Annual Agility Conference

MONACO—F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), the global leader in Application Delivery Networking, today announced its 2013 Agility Awards for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Presented at F5’s annual Agility Summit, held in Monaco on 4th and 5th June 2013, F5 Agility Awards highlight standout examples of IT excellence. The winning enterprise and service provider customers were able to achieve their IT and business objectives using the F5 intelligent services framework.

2013 Agility Award Winners EMEA

• Sky (UK): Ground-breaking project to overhaul legacy infrastructure with a next-generation data centre environment aimed at improving scalability, flexibility and availability, to allow the business to respond to continued growth.
• Telia Sonera (Sweden): Two projects; the first to solve issues with IPv4 to IPv6 transition and at the same time addressing the need for a standalone GI Firewall; the second to consolidate multiple data centres, harmonising the IT architecture and allowing much-improved service to users.

2013 Agility Partner Award Winners EMEA

Top F5 partners were also recognised at F5’s Agility Summit.  Winners of F5’s premier awards were Dimension Data (EMEA) and Nomios (France). 

• F5 EMEA Partner of the Year - Dimension Data: F5’s fastest growing system integrator partner in the EMEA region, Dimension Data’s highly qualified consultants and engineers and regional scale has resulted in significant customer wins across EMEA in the last 12 months.
• F5 EMEA Customer Support Partner of the Year – Nomios: A strong commitment to the F5 business, especially on the security side, saw Nomios expand their range of technical ability, benefiting existing customers and winning market share in key verticals such as the financial services, defence and aerospace sectors.

Additional winners from F5’s partner community in EMEA were also announced at the event.
