Nick Mehta joined F5’s Board in 2019. Mr. Mehta founded Gainsight, a leading customer success SaaS platform, in 2013. He served as CEO through August 2025, when he transitioned to become Special Advisor to the CEO and a Board Member of the Company. Prior to Gainsight, Mehta served as Chief Executive Officer of LiveOffice, which was acquired by Symantec in January 2012. Before joining LiveOffice, Mr. Mehta served in several product management and engineering leadership roles at Symantec. Mr. Mehta also serves on the board of Lead Edge Growth Opportunities, Ltd. He holds a B.A. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College and a M.S. in Computer Science from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
