Alvina Antar is the first-ever Chief Digital Officer at F5, where she leads the company’s digital transformation and drives its evolution into a data- and AI-first enterprise. With over 25 years of experience, she is a visionary leader known for building high-performing, diverse teams across Fortune 50 companies, high-growth businesses, and startups—focused on innovation through disruptive technologies and challenging the status quo.
Prior to F5, Alvina spent four years as CIO at Okta, where she championed identity-driven security and helped scale the business. Before that, she served as the first CIO at Zuora, building a modern Business Technology organization for subscription-based businesses and guiding the company through a successful IPO. She began her career as a software engineer at Dell, spending 17 years leading M&A integration and supporting the company’s evolution from a hardware to a software solutions provider.
A purpose-driven leader, Alvina creates meaningful relationships as a voice of the customer, blending startup agility with enterprise scale. She advises several AI and security startups—SGNL, SquareX, and Olakai—and serves on the Board of Directors at Couchbase. She is also deeply committed to advancing women in tech and empowering under-resourced youth. Alvina co-founded the Silicon Valley CIO Women’s Network and serves on the advisory board for BUILD. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
