Cloud provider marketplaces have become a preferred channel for businesses thanks to their extensive offerings, simplified procurement process, and easy deployment. As a result, cloud marketplaces are expected to grow from $16B in 2023 to $85B by 2028. F5 understands the appeal of cloud marketplaces, having made our application security and delivery solutions available through cloud provider partners for years.
Now with AWS, we’re offering a new way to try out F5 Distributed Cloud Services with no commitment through a convenient Pay As You Go (PAYG) plan. Try out 28 available services for web app and API protection, secure multicloud networking, and app performance while only paying for what you use. F5 Distributed Cloud Services can help you:
Using Distributed Cloud Services, you can deploy, connect, secure, and manage any app or API in any location. It’s built on a globally distributed platform, available for any workload with a consolidated software stack that can be consumed via SaaS or deployed locally in on-premises environments.
The AWS Marketplace makes it easy to add Distributed Cloud Services. Simply subscribe via the marketplace, create your F5 account, and log in to the F5 Distributed Cloud Console. From here, you can administer the solution and enable the services you want to try. You’ll only be charged for the services you use, and your usage and spending are tracked on the AWS Billing and Cost Management dashboard.
F5 has continued to provide flexible consumption options for our solutions and services, so we’re excited to now offer Distributed Cloud Services in a PAYG model alongside F5 BIG-IP Virtual Edition, F5 BIG-IP Advanced WAF, and F5 NGINX App Protect. This model lets you start small with F5 and test your use cases so you can make the most of your time and resources. Once you’re ready to commit, you can transition to a different billing plan with preferred pricing, either directly through the AWS Marketplace or via a Channel Partner Private Offer.
