Partner Marketing Program Manager(APCJ), Singapore

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for working with distribution partners in selected regions and strategic partners across the APCJ theatre to plan and execute marketing campaigns jointly that contribute to pipeline generation, deal acceleration and joint brand awareness.

In this capacity, this role should cover the following areas:

  • Marketing campaign execution to/through/with partners
    • Collaborate with broader marketing team from global and APCJ and internal cross-functional teams (partner sales, strategic sales and sales operations) to pull together or create campaign assets that would drive lead creation to pipeline conversion.
    • Execute marketing campaigns that are trackable and measurable, working with regional marketing teams and partners as appropriate.
    • Work with external agencies to qualify and accelerate leads further down the funnel with demand generation activities.
  • Support MDF planning and efficient use of MDF to achieve its intended return on investment
    • Drive campaign adoption, review campaign performance and augment campaign offering to accelerate pipeline creation
  • Support partner marketing communications and community building in the area of product newsletters, new marketing campaign roll out and product launch to partners

Experience in the following is preferred:

  • good hands-on partner marketing and/or field marketing experience – understand how a campaign is designed, developed and executed with and through partners
  • Manage MDF planning and review
  • Accustomed to working in a multi-cultural region (Asia Pacific) and matrix organization


  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the IT industry
  • Familiar with the partner landscape and ecosystem in the IT industry
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Able to speak fluent English and an additional APAC language is preferred
