Marketing Campaign Manager, Singapore

Position Summary

The Role

The Marketing Campaign Manager is an experienced marketing professional who will drive the creation and execution of demand generation marketing campaigns across Asia Pacific, China and Japan. This role will work collaboratively and cross functionally with sales, solutions marketing, corporate marketing and field marketing to develop and execute comprehensive programs and campaigns designed to increase market awareness and drive demand generation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in not only developing digital marketing initiatives, but also execution through digital media and optimizing efforts based on KPIs and regular reporting.


  • Engage cross functional teams to conceptualize campaigns and translate them into cohesive and measurable marketing programs that drive demand generation
  • Ensure cross functional teams develop and deliver tactical plans that align to programs, with a clear focus on scalability, quality execution, and campaign outcomes
  • Leverage Marketing Operations to define campaign reporting requirements and to evaluate the performance.
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance results and provide insights to fine tune and optimize campaign and program performance
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with members of the regional field , channel and digital team members to ensure effective execution of campaigns in region
  • Drive the development and management of integrated marketing programs and campaigns with the purpose of influencing and educating the market, as well as generating pipeline for the company
  • Strategically integrate and leverage demand generation tactics and tools, including email, webinars, events, social media, digital integration, etc
  • Monitor the performance of all campaigns and digital channels, and continually optimize and improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation
  • Drive true localization across campaigns, not just translations


  • The ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success
  • Excellent communication skills, good organization, and strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation & measurement tools and  such as Marketo, SFDC, Tableau and Google Analytics
  • Experience leveraging social, email communications and media for campaign amplification
  • Ability to lead and effectively execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a sense of urgency, must be independent and comfortable working in a fast paced evolving environment
  • Proven experience developing, managing, measuring, and optimizing marketing programs and driving demand and pipeline
  • Similar experience in campaign management at a B2B technology company
  • Proven experience in building out customer and nurture journeys
  • Proven track record of expanding brand awareness and creating demand through innovative, well executed campaigns

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Degree level or CIM Diploma in Marketing
  • 1+ year of related experience (Open for new grads, too)
  • Experience directly owning online marketing programs including conceptual proposal, marketing and competitive analysis, execution and reporting performance.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Experience with managing budgets, vendors, and tracking PO's.
  • Accomplishments in web marketing, web content management, and electronic media.
  • Experience developing customer journeys.
  • Marketing Automation System experience
  • Understand of the social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc. would be an advantage.
  • SEO/SEM experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.  Duties require the ability to utilise a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
  • Duties will require frequent land and air travel, approximately 10% of the time spent travelling.
