F5 Opens Network Support Center in Asia Providing Premier Technical Assistance for Its Partners

F5's Network Support Center provides best-of-class service for partners and customers throughout Asia Pacific and Japan to support the fastest growing markets in the world

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), the leading provider of Internet Traffic and Content Management (iTCM) products, today announced that it has expanded the Company's technical support operations with the opening of a Network Support Center (NSC) in Singapore. The new NSC is staffed to support F5's partners, helping them provide premier customer service to F5's fast-growing customer base spread across Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea and Australia.

Since F5 sells its market leading iTCM products and services through partners in Asia, the primary purpose of F5's new NSC is to provide technical support for partners through highly skilled network support engineers, consultants and training personnel. Additionally, the NSC is staffed to address the language base of F5's top partners located throughout Asia Pacific and Japan.
