F5 Earns Spot on Standard & Poor's 2007 Global Challengers List

F5 one of 300 companies expected to emerge as challengers to the world's leading companies

F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), the global leader in Application Delivery Networking, today announced that Standard & Poor's (S&P) has named it to the prestigious S&P Global Challengers List™ for 2007. The designation marks F5 as one of 300 mid-size, publicly-traded companies from around the world whose robust growth makes them a potential challenger to the world's leading companies.

The list honors fast-growing companies that have survived the growing pains of the start-up phase and now offer excellent stability and opportunity for rapid growth in the future. Winners must have between $500 million and $5 billion in total market capitalization and increases in share price, sales growth, earnings growth and employee count over the previous three years.
