Mark Kramer Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support Mark Kramer serves as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support at F5 Networks. His current responsibilities include eight contact centers worldwide, a hardware repair facility, and logistics of 200 depots globally. Prior to joining F5 in 2006, Kramer served as Vice President of Services at WRQ, a connectivity software company, overseeing customer support, sales engineering, and consulting services globally. He currently sits on the Seattle Aquarium Board of Directors. Mark graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in AG Econ/Entomology and from the Executive program at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
